Frequently asked Questions

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

All items shipped out are wrapped in tissue paper. Up to 5 flowers (without a vase) fit in a gift box just the right size for your letter box. Items with a vase are sent in a tube.

Why does the glass have
lines and bubbles?

The glass is made in the USA and is exceptional in quality. One in particular brand of glass I use is from a company that was established in 1904 and still going strong. The glass will have lines and bubbles and lumps and bumps. Sometimes you will even see bubbles that have popped creating a 'scar' on the surface of the glass. This happens during the heating and cooling of the making prosses. This is the nature of stained glass and makes each sheet unique, which in turn makes each individual flower unique, like a finger print.

How quickly will I receive my order?

My show on Make it at Market on the 29th November, if you are ordering your items on or after this date, things may be delayed due to the high demand.

Under normal cercumstanses

You can choose your delivery method. First class 2-4 days, second class 3-5 days or tracked delivery. I have added extra days for delivery due to high demand. This is only a precaution.

Do you do international postage?

Unfortunately, I have had to suspend delivery to the USA. The tariffs set are unclear at the moment and to make sure that I  don't over charge customers on postage, it will take me a bit of time to update my delivery.

To continue to ship items out to Northern Island, I need to pay a substantial yearly fee for a representative from the country before I can send out items. Unfortunately, the fee is too much for a small business like mine to sustain, therefor I will no longer be able to ship out to Northern Island.

I am always happy to ship out to any country. Please email me if you would like me send an item to you and I will find out the postage cost for you.

*PLEASE NOTE** There may be custom charges, depending on the country.
