Why should I pre order?

It is understandable that when a customer buys an item they should receive it asap or just wait the time it takes to be delivered. Unfortunately, when you are self employed it is not always possible to have everything in stock all at once. This is made slightly more complicated due to my appearance on the BBC.

Obviously it is a lovely problem to have, getting so many orders but I am afraid it does make it harder on the customer as this means I need more time to fulfil everyone's flowers / hanging pot orders. I do all the making, the email admin the packaging and posting, so navigating all of this is more than a full time job during my most busiest times. Luckily though I have learned a lot form my first appearance on the BBC back in 2023, so I am now a dab hand at getting things done faster and more efficiently than when I was brand new to getting online orders!

I don't want the thought of a pre order to be a problem for you though. It just means that you each get the right amount of time allocated to your pieces, as I want everyone's items to be a high standard and not just thrown together in a hurry to get them out quicker.
