'I Made it at Market'

Having Filmed 'Make it at Market in July 2023, it was a surprise to get a call from the production team about another possible programme. This time they wanted to see how some of the makers had been getting on. With no guarantee to get a spot on the show, I just had to wait. I was fortunate enough to be 1 of 20 people chosen for the first series of this new follow on programme, 'I Made it at Market' which is a real honour.

I was told that this time they would be filming here in my house and workshop! Well, making the house BBC ready was far more stressful than any of the filming put together! It was winter as well and the garden looked very sad!

Beck, who is lovely came to do the filming and direct the episode with myself and Dom. She filmed us meeting each other at the door and going into the workshop. I was asked a lot of questions about what life has been like since Beetles and Bloom had it's launch. I also made a Devils Ivy hanging basket with Doms help. It was a long day of filming but I enjoyed the experience.
