This pink rose is originally blue when the sheet of glass arrives but when fired in my kiln it turns pink. Pink this vibrant is not a commen colour in glass. In order to create the pink, gold is used which makes the glass more expensive and this reflects in the price. 
 
The glass is cut to size but as it fires it shrinks so this rose, although it uses the same amount of glass, will be slighty smaller than the Red and the White roses.
